This multi-functional toner acts to exfoliate and hydrate the skin, leaving you with smoother texture and hydrated skin. The 2 necessities for the ‘glass skin’ effect.
The toner effectively rids the skin of dead skin cells and penetrates deep into the skin to provide high levels of hydration and nourishment whilst also leaving you with a radiant glow. Formulated with Allantoin and Betaine to lock in moisture in the skin, whilst protecting the skin from harsh external aggressors. This toner is truly a powerful hydration boost.
